Dr. Stephanie Price-Harris received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry after completing her undergraduate training at Western Maryland College. A Worcester County native, Dr. Price-Harris opened OC  Eye Care in her hometown of Ocean City in 2006.
